Depuis des temps imm\u00e9moriaux, les humains ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des n\u00e9gociations, qu&rsquo;ils en soient conscients ou non. Les n\u00e9gociations ont lieu chez les jeunes enfants et se poursuivent \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge adulte, entre les membres de la famille, les amis, les coll\u00e8gues et les sup\u00e9rieurs. Bien que le contexte dans lequel ces n\u00e9gociations se d\u00e9roulent varie consid\u00e9rablement, une chose reste inchang\u00e9e : les parties impliqu\u00e9es dans la n\u00e9gociation doivent comprendre le processus et disposer des comp\u00e9tences ad\u00e9quates pour le mener \u00e0 bien.   <\/p>\n<p>Comprendre le processus de n\u00e9gociation<\/p>\n<p>Toute n\u00e9gociation est un processus au cours duquel deux ou plusieurs personnes ou groupes discutent de leurs souhaits et de leurs besoins, en fonction du r\u00e9sultat qu&rsquo;ils souhaitent obtenir. Les n\u00e9gociateurs veulent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des r\u00e9sultats diff\u00e9rents, c&rsquo;est pourquoi ils n\u00e9gocient pour discuter de la mani\u00e8re de parvenir \u00e0 une solution qui soit mutuellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique ou acceptable. <\/p>\n<p>Une n\u00e9gociation se d\u00e9roule en 5 \u00e9tapes. Ces \u00e9tapes sont les suivantes : <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9paration, interrogation et proposition<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape du processus de n\u00e9gociation pose les bases de la discussion. Le fait d&rsquo;\u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 permet aux n\u00e9gociateurs d&rsquo;\u00e9laborer les arguments qui soutiendront leur position. Dans l&rsquo;id\u00e9al, il faut disposer de suffisamment de temps pour se pr\u00e9parer et faire des recherches afin de rassembler les informations pertinentes. \u00c0 ce stade, il est essentiel de d\u00e9terminer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s en jeu, tels que   <\/p>\n<p>-les personnes\/groupes impliqu\u00e9s dans la n\u00e9gociation<\/p>\n<p>-la raison du conflit<\/p>\n<p>-quand le conflit a commenc\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>-ce que chaque partie peut gagner\/perdre \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de la n\u00e9gociation<\/p>\n<p>Une fois ces questions examin\u00e9es, une proposition sous forme de solution peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Fixer les r\u00e8gles de base<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tape implique une communication avec l&rsquo;autre partie afin de fixer les termes de la n\u00e9gociation pour qu&rsquo;elle puisse commencer. \u00c0 ce stade, chaque partie sera en mesure d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer et d&rsquo;examiner la proposition de l&rsquo;autre. Les positions initiales des deux parties sont communiqu\u00e9es \u00e0 ce stade, ce qui permet \u00e0 chaque partie de pr\u00e9senter ses pr\u00e9occupations et ses int\u00e9r\u00eats, ainsi que les r\u00e9sultats qu&rsquo;elle souhaite obtenir \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de la n\u00e9gociation.  <\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Clarification<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Au cours de la phase de clarification, les deux parties pr\u00e9sentent des arguments \u00e0 l&rsquo;appui de leur position afin de la renforcer. Tout d\u00e9saccord \u00e0 ce stade sera discut\u00e9 et tout point de d\u00e9saccord sera clarifi\u00e9. L&rsquo;objectif de cette \u00e9tape est de comprendre la position de l&rsquo;autre partie afin d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les doutes et les id\u00e9es fausses.  <\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>N\u00e9gociation et r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tape est probablement la plus famili\u00e8re pour ceux qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une n\u00e9gociation. C&rsquo;est ici que commence le sommet du processus, o\u00f9 les deux parties \u00e9changent des offres dans le cadre d&rsquo;un processus de concessions mutuelles. Si l&rsquo;une des parties n&rsquo;accepte pas les conditions propos\u00e9es par l&rsquo;autre, elle peut pr\u00e9senter une contre-offre. \u00c0 ce stade, des concessions sont faites, discut\u00e9es et g\u00e9r\u00e9es. Les deux parties s&rsquo;efforceront de parvenir \u00e0 un plan d&rsquo;action qui offre une solution mutuellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique.    <\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Conclusion et mise en \u0153uvre<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00c0 ce stade, une solution sur laquelle les deux parties peuvent s&rsquo;entendre a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e et accept\u00e9e. La discussion se terminera \u00e0 ce stade, une fois que les deux parties auront formalis\u00e9 les termes et les d\u00e9tails de l&rsquo;accord et que les attentes des deux parties auront \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, le processus de n\u00e9gociation sera conclu. Le plan d&rsquo;action sera alors mis en \u0153uvre et les indicateurs de sa r\u00e9ussite ou de son ach\u00e8vement seront observ\u00e9s.  <\/p>\n<p>Dans la plupart des cas, l&rsquo;accord implique un document \u00e9crit, tel qu&rsquo;un contrat ou un accord formel sign\u00e9 par les repr\u00e9sentants des deux parties.
