A negocia\u00e7\u00e3o acontece entre crian\u00e7as pequenas e continua na idade adulta, ocorrendo entre familiares, amigos, colegas e superiores. Idealmente, h\u00e1 tempo suficiente para preparar e fazer pesquisas para que informa\u00e7\u00f5es pertinentes possam ser coletadas. Nesta fase, \u00e9 fundamental determinar os elementos-chave envolvidos, tais como:<\/p>\n<p>-as pessoas\/grupos envolvidos na negocia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>-o motivo do conflito<\/p>\n<p>-quando o conflito come\u00e7ou<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; o que cada parte tem a ganhar\/perder como resultado da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>Uma vez investigadas estas quest\u00f5es, poder\u00e1 ent\u00e3o ser apresentada uma proposta em forma de solu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Definindo as regras b\u00e1sicas<\/p>\n<p>Esta etapa envolve a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com a outra parte para definir os termos da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o para que ela possa come\u00e7ar.
