Outra fonte lucrativa de receita \u00e9 a transfer\u00eancia de jogadores; as taxas de transfer\u00eancia aumentaram, em m\u00e9dia, nos \u00faltimos anos. <\/p>\n<p>Um dos principais projetos em andamento da Liga da S\u00e9rie A \u00e9 a <strong>cria\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>uma<\/strong> <strong>empresa<\/strong> <strong>de m\u00eddia<\/strong> para a qual ser\u00e3o transferidos os direitos de TV, a fim de criar uma plataforma mais moderna para a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de receita e aumentar todo o potencial da Liga. Essa vis\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica tamb\u00e9m seria completada com a <strong>participa\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong>na empresa de <strong>fundos de capital de risco <\/strong>com cerca de 10% das a\u00e7\u00f5es.  <\/p>\n<p>O projeto n\u00e3o foi conclu\u00eddo em 2021 com a CVC, a Advent e a FSI, mas outros fundos informaram recentemente seu interesse, como o <strong>Searchlight <\/strong>e um pool de fundos composto por <strong>Carlyle<\/strong>, <strong>Apax <\/strong>e <strong>Three Hills.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projetos semelhantes foram realizados na Espanha e na Fran\u00e7a em 2021 e 2022, com a <strong>CVC <\/strong>adquirindo uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 8,2% da empresa de m\u00eddia da LaLiga por cerca de \u20ac 2,0 bilh\u00f5es e uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 13,0% da empresa de m\u00eddia da Ligue1 por cerca de \u20ac 1,5 bilh\u00e3o, respectivamente. O mesmo est\u00e1 acontecendo na Bundesliga.   <\/p>\n<p>Em 2018, <strong>a Elliott Management<\/strong> assumiu o controle do AC Milan, vendendo-o em 2022 para a <strong>RedBird Capital Partners<\/strong> por cerca de \u20ac 1,2 bilh\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<p>Em 2021, <strong>Alex Knaster<\/strong>, fundador da <strong>Pamplona Capital<\/strong>, adquiriu a maior parte do Pisa Calcio com o ex-jogador de futebol Gianluca Vialli e M. Re.<\/p>\n<p>Em 2019, <strong>Rocco Commisso<\/strong>, CEO e presidente da <strong>Mediacom Communication Corp<\/strong>, comprou a ACF Fiorentina por cerca de 170 milh\u00f5es de euros. <\/p>\n<p>Em 2021, <strong>Robert Platek<\/strong>, chefe global de cr\u00e9dito da <strong>MSD Capital<\/strong>, adquiriu a Spezia Calcio por cerca de 24 milh\u00f5es de euros. <\/p>\n<p>Em 2019, a <strong>Sent Entertainment<\/strong>, liderada pelos irm\u00e3os Hartono, adquiriu 100% da Como 1907.<br \/>\nEm 2021, 777 parceiros adquiriram 99,9% da Genoa CFC por cerca de \u20ac 150 milh\u00f5es. <\/p>\n<p>Em 2020, o <strong>Grupo Krause<\/strong> assumiu o controle de 90% do Parma Calcio 1913 por cerca de 100 milh\u00f5es de euros. <\/p>\n<p>Em 2022, <strong>Stephen Pagliuca<\/strong>, copresidente da Bain Capital, assumiu o controle de 47,5% do Atalanta BC por cerca de 200 milh\u00f5es de euros. <\/p>\n<p>Em 2020, <strong>Dan e Ryan Friedkin<\/strong>, propriet\u00e1rios do <strong>The Friedkin Group<\/strong>, adquiriram 86,6% da AS Roma por cerca de US$ 591 milh\u00f5es. <\/p>\n<p>Em 2022, o propriet\u00e1rio do <strong>Manchester City<\/strong>, Mansour Al Nahyan, com seu City Football Group, adquiriu 80% do Palermo Football Club por cerca de 13 milh\u00f5es de euros. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Os fundos de PE s\u00e3o cada vez mais atra\u00eddos pelo futebol devido \u00e0s oportunidades e alavancas de valor inexploradas (por exemplo, previs\u00e3o de aumento dos direitos de transmiss\u00e3o, desenvolvimento de est\u00e1dios).
