Enertre SRL sold 15MW of photovoltaic PP to GHIGGIA INGEGNERIA D’IMPIANTI S.R.L. Ingegnieria di Impianti SRL. A new PV PP will be built in Calabria,Italy and will be able to satisfy 10 thousand families

The operation, it is written in a note, was possible thanks to the advisory activity of two companies: the American Mergerscorp m&a international active in investment banking and the Italian Soter Srl of Bolzano, with the support of the technical consultants of EnNercos Srl and Idra Sel Italia.

“This transaction – it is written in a note – represents a significant step in Enertre Srl’s strategy to optimize its renewable energy portfolio, as well as an important opportunity for Ghiggia amministrazione d’impianti Srl to expand its presence in the energy market solar”.
The plant, once built and operational, will allow the production of approximately 27 GW of energy, allowing the needs of at least 10,000 families to be met through the use of green sources.
