Yesterday I had the honor of moderating an important conference on the theme “Human capital, a strategic lever for business success”.

An event promoted by the Young Industrialists Group of Piacenza on the culture of companies in terms of valuing people, on the ability to give space to talent and teamwork to achieve increasingly ambitious goals, as well as creating an energetic and synergic work environment in which to operate. We also talked about the importance of safety at work, also a pillar of corporate culture, an increasingly topical topic for how many steps there are still to be taken to improve.

We did it with a perfect parallel between business and sport, two worlds that are more similar than you might think, thanks to my friend Ariedo Braida,
former DS of AC Milan and FC Barcelona to the experience of Marco Sala of RCI Group and Davide Scotti Head of H&S Culture, Human Performance and Training in Saipem SpA.
A special thanks to the partner and sponsor of the event RCI Group, Confindustria Piacenza – hashtagGruppoGiovaniIndustriali (Pres. Greta Gatti) and Opes Italia – Comitato di Piacenza (Francesco Guareschi and PIETRO RANCATI), authors of this event.
